Mia's Birthday Cake

 The day before I made this cake we went and saw the movie BRAVE loved it!!!!

  I tried a new technique with the leaves on the trees using a clean paint brush makes a water color effect.

 homemade fondant made the rocks!!

   The horse on top is a clydsdale named angus. In the movie he is Merida's best friend.

  The most chocolaty cake I have ever had!!!

    These ocean cupcakes were for a class in co-op. Elle and I made homemade fondant off Pinterest for the little turtles!!

  We colored these white cupcakes blue!! They were quite tasty!!

Chocolate Strawberries!!!!

 These chocolate covered strawberries were for my cousins birthday party! They tasted amazing if I do say so myself. Elle helped a lot!!

  The secret to dipping strawberries is to add a little bit of Crisco to the chocolate.

 So very easy to make!! And so fun to decorate!!!!!!

 What was cool about this cake was that it had a layer of strawberry cake then a layer of white then another of strawberry!

cocoa cupcakes!

  These cupcakes were really fun to do! I could decorate all day long! Maybe.

These were for a christmas party. They were white cake with chocolate and white frosting!

 They tasted really good if I do say so myself! The Andes mints on top made a perfect combo with the dark chocolate layer of frosting!

Florida fun cake!

 This was a white on white cake.

 The beach balls were cake pops.

 The sand/brown sugar idea was from the show Cake Boss on TLC.
